Yes, the Plus version has its own cloud PVR (video) function, and 200+ channels to record arbitrarily (maximum 40 hours), all saved in the server, not saving the local space of your device. The main differences are as follows:

  1. The trial code is 3 days. 
  2. Paid subscription code is 31/93/186/372 days. 
  3. Some valued programs are not opened in the trial code.

  1. Please make sure your credit card information is correct.
  2. Please complete the billing address information to improve the success rate of payment.
  3. Please use a valid credit/debit card, we support Master, Visa & Debit cards.
  4. These things would bring payment failure:
    (1) Card exceeds trade limit or Insufficient Funds.
    (2) CVN codes don’t match.
    (3) Your Card does not support paying overseas.
    (4) During pay, your IP country/region is not the same as the issuing card bank’s. Pls, do not use VPN during Pay.
    (5) Over 3 times failed within 24 hours.
    (6) Only allow one order paid successfully within 24 hours. For the next order, please pay after 24 hours.

No, a code can only be used on one device.

Start by activating your IPTV code on the IviewHD App. Our subscription service days are as follows:

  • Free Trial: 3 days
  • One month: 31 days
  • Three months: 93 days =31 days *3
  • Six months: 186 days =31 days *6
  • Twelve months: 372 days =31 days *12

If not activated, no worries will be expired.

No, we will not automatically renew any subscriptions. If you want to continue using our service, simply order a package from our website. After payment, you will receive an IPTV code. Enter this activation code into the IviewHD App and your subscription will be renewed.

For the renewal, there are two ways:

  • 1. Pay directly on the website, then you will get a new subscription to activate, and finish renewing.
  • 2. Or contact us for renewal. We will use a new subscription to renew for you or renew directly by hand from the server (this way, no need new subscription code.)

Do not worry, you can renew/activate a new subscription code at any time, even if the subscription has not expired.  When renewing, the new subscription days will be added together with the remaining days. It won’t waste your rest days!  

Don’t worry, we will help to move the subscription code to your other/new device. Please send us the following two things:

  1. Your subscription code or order number. 
  2. After APK is installed, please inform us of the device ID. How do I obtain the device ID? Please take a screenshot when running APK or contact us directly. We will help you and send you a sample picture.)

1. Subscription code ended without the letter “c”, it should be for Standard Version.

2. Subscription code ended with the letter “c”, it should be for Plus Version.

3. Subscription code started with the letter “e”, it should be for Family Package (Sub/Slave Device Code)

  2. In Downloader, enter the download link of the IviewHD App.
  3. Open the IviewHD App, enter the IPTV activation code, and start watching.

Add a favorite channel as follows
Go to the live TV channel, hold down the OK button, and select the ★ option. Add Favorites channel tutorial

You can use VPN or not, both are OK.

Fix an issue

There may be several reasons why using code doesn’t work. If your trial code is obtained directly from our website, it can be activated without a problem. Check as follows:

  1. Fill in the correct subscription code. 
  2. If the problem, check whether the correct VERSION of APK is installed.  There are two versions: Standard(Blue color), and Plus (Red color), they use different free trial codes. 
  3. Or has your device used a trial code before? One device only can use the free trial code for one time. if you want to test the trial again, please get in touch with us, and we will renew it for you by hand.
  4. Still with the problem, please get in touch with our support email directly.

There may be several reasons why the subscription code doesn’t work. Check as follows:

  1. Fill in the correct subscription code. 
  2. If still with the problem, check whether the correct VERSION of APK is installed.  There are two versions: Standard(Blue color), and Plus (Red color), they are using different free trial codes. 
  3. If you have purchased the wrong version subscription code, please contact us to replace it. If you change the subscription code from the Standard version to Plus, It is OK and please contact us. And you can pay the balance if any. Please pay attention: do please not activate the code, if you want to change/replace it.
  4. If the above methods do not help, please contact our support email directly. 
  • 1. Please confirm your device with Android OS.
  • 2. During installation, please give the superuser access to our IPTV APK. (it is best to select “remember choice forever”).
  • 3. Or maybe Your BOX may be out of memory, please clear the cache and try again.
  • 4. Or reinstall the apk again.
  • 5. If the above does not help, please do the factory setting for your device, then try again.
  • 6. Or contact us for support.
  • 1. Please check your internet whether OK. Or restart your router.
  • 2. Or please clean the cache and try again.
  • 3. Or Please reinstall the apk and try again.
  • 4. Please give more details of the problem. Or take a picture or send a video to us. We will check and solve it asap.
  • 1. If most channels work fine, but there is a channel frozen or buffered, or no sound.  The problem would be in the device’s decoding ability. Please go to our IPTV APK MISC to try: hardware/software decoding and it will solve this problem.  MISC-Decoding Model-Hardware/Software Decoding.
  • 2. If not solved, please contact us for support. 
  • 1. If most channels work fine, but there is a channel frozen or buffered, or no sound.  The problem would be in the device’s decoding ability. Please go to our IPTV APK MISC to try: hardware/software decoding and it will solve this problem.  MISC-Decoding Model-Hardware/Software Decoding.
  • 2. If not solved, please contact us for support.
  • 1. Most of these kinds of problems can be solved in this way. Setting-MISC-Decoding Model, try the Hardware or Software Decoding.

  • 1. Please fill in the normal subscription code on your slave/sub-device as the guide steps.
  • 2. Or check the family package guide file.
  • 1. Slave/Sub device(s) can be bound with 3 devices at max.
  • 2. If want to bind a new slave/sub-device, can contact us to referee some bound sub-device, and bind a new sub-device.
